Activity: The art and ingenuity of feathers
This activity is part of the Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition 2026.
Create a bespoke artwork using traditional relief printing techniques with family friendly drop-in workshop. Visitors will be able to choose their feather and select a colour of water-based printing ink to create their individual masterpiece, whilst learning about the science of feathers and avian conservation.
Pannett Art Gallery has been funded through the Places of Science grant scheme.
Attending the event
This event will be held in City of London 1 at the Royal Society on Sunday 5 July 2026, 9.30am – 6pm.
